In accordance with Order No. 66 of March 12, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a учебное пособие was published this year for higher and vocational education institutions in the agrarian and food sector. The manual aims to develop employees and youth based on the HECI approach. Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, the course will be introduced as an elective subject in higher education institutions.
The HECI approach is based on the principles of Humanity, Ethics, Creativity, and Imagination, ensuring both personal and professional development.
Accordingly, responsible trainers of the International Institute of Food Technology and Engineering organized a training course for faculty members. The course highlighted the importance of ethical principles in human capital development, the formation of creative thinking, and modern educational approaches aligned with the requirements of contemporary agrarian education.
